Fear not... We will be able to finish all of the work in 3D Design just as if we were coming to class every Tuesday and Thursday. Each of the projects that we were going to do has a video I created on how to do it for the online version of this class I have been teaching in the evening division for some time.
Blender is free to download for both Macs and PC's here: Blender.org
Your Syllabus is here
The list of projects with a video for each is here
I made most of the videos last year, before Blender 2.8x came out. The interface has changed somewhat, and if necessary, I will remake the videos with the new version.
Basically, you will do 2 projects per week until the end of the semester. I will take attendance from your posts here on the blog, so in addition to saving your work to your Google Drive, post each project here. Watch the video linked above on how to post to the blog. It's easy. I will comment on each post. I encourage you to support your fellow students with comments too! We won't meet synchronously during the regular class time but instead, I will take attendance from all of the work posted here during the week on Monday morning at 9 am.
